to be honest, just google it. All the MD websites say that contraceptives really don't thicken your hair. But if you were to do it then then I would think about 10-12 per 12-16 oz.

i think its just 2 or 3 pills that you crush up and put it in. im not positive. i do remember my friend telling me about it- that her doc recommended it. but i imagine you could prob crunch even 5 and it should do the trick.
