What can I do with empty shampoo bottles/plastic bottles?

I need some craft ideas for empty plastic bottles and also shoeboxes-please help! Much Thanks!What can I do with empty shampoo bottles/plastic bottles?
Martha Stewart had an article and how to on her website about reusing plastic bottles for scoops and they are great out in the potting shed for soils, vermiculite, fertilizer, etc.

I use shoe boxes for all kinds of things. I cover them with leftover wall and wrapping paper and fabric to make gift and storage boxes. The are great for keeping your shoes dust free and just put a picture of the shoes on the front so you know what is inside. I also use them to store check registers and statements, CDs, ribbons (insert a dowel and you can roll ribbon from right inside the box) little things I don't want to be seen or need organized. The lids made wonderful drawer organizers, too.What can I do with empty shampoo bottles/plastic bottles?
you can always recycle or get artistic with them ;)
plants?

pickle things?

store liquor in them for tranportation to parties.
Cover the plastic bottle with cloth to resemble a dress.
Shoeboxes = dioramas

Bottles if clear can be filled with something decorative
Make a big raft to float on with the bottles

And use the shoeboxes into cup holders for the raft
Large 3 liter bottles such as soda bottles can be cut with a slit on the side and place skeins of yarn inside and the end treaded thru the top lid.

You can use the ones with straight sides to fill with things for gifts and sent in the mail to another person.

Shoe boxes and be used to store craft supplies in or office supplies. Or make recipe boxes first aid kits, or Sewing kits to sell or give as gifts.
depending on the size makes nice for shampoo and cream reinse for camping or going on a trip or a care package to kids in college
