Not always... Once I followed the instructions until the shampoo bottle was empty then I freaked.... The bottle still said ';Lather, Rinse and Repeat'; but I lacked the shampoo required... .... After careful consideration I decided I couldn't afford the shampoo or mental distress involved in follow the instructions...





Are the Pantene Gods going to send me to split end and limp lifeless hair hell? Should I fear the Pantene Gods?

The first wash basically is in preparation for the repeat so I can actually get some suds up. The I have to use conditioner and leave it in for 5 mins
