Shampoo: How often is the ';frequent use'; advised by the bottle?

I use the anti dandruff type and have curly typed hair (which i keeped cropped rather short)

i use an anti dandruff shampoo too... and for the shampoo to show its effects i use it every other day.. which is once in two days...it seems to work.. n i believe thahts what they mean by frequent..but my friend uses her shampoo once in four days, which i would never do.. so i guess it depends on what your definiton of ';frequent use'; is.. n also how clean u want ur hair!!Shampoo: How often is the ';frequent use'; advised by the bottle?
If it says ';for frequent use'; that just means it's safe to use every time you shampoo, however often that is. Some stronger stuff is recommended only once a week. So frequent is however often you want it to be :)
I had absolutely horrible dandruff for a while and I used Head and Shoulders every other day for about a month and it was gone. If you have a different brand it's probably similar, but I would still reccomend Head and Shoulders.
