Don't follow those instructions--they're just trying to get you to waste shampoo. Lather and rinse well. Unless you just doused your hair in motor oil, there's no reason to repeat.

I wash once with Shampoo and then use conditioner unless its has been a few days since my last wash (I am a new mom) then I wash twice to cut the grease! lol. Happy Sudzin' up!

You don't have to do the ';repeat'; part unless you absolutely want to. If you have alot of product in your hair or if your hair is really greasy or dirty then you probably should shampoo twice. If you wash your hair everyday then you only need to lather, scrub, and rinse!


The ultimate reason of repeating is to make sure you get all the product off your scalp and hair so you don't get product build up and clog your hair folicle.
