Could I put a whole bottle of shampoo in my checked baggage?

I was just wondering if it was possible that I take big bottles (like 24 fl oz) of shampoo/conditioner/body wash with me in my checked baggage when I go to the UK this summer. Obviously tightly sealed with big gallon sized zip-locks around them though haha. I was just wondering if it was allowed through airport security. I don't have many clothes or anything so I've got loads of extra space in my suitcases (an entire suitcase worth of extra space) and I'm going to be there for 2 whole months. I figured I'd rather take with me the products I normally use so I don't have to worry about trying to find them and buy them in a completely different country. I don't want the first thing I think about when I get there is where I'm going to find my showering products..Could I put a whole bottle of shampoo in my checked baggage?
Yes, but you must check the bag/luggage in at the ticket counter (which eliminates the need to worry about the TSA checkpoint). You probably should wrap it up in case it leaks...I'm just sayin'.Could I put a whole bottle of shampoo in my checked baggage?
If you are flying out of the USA it is a ';yes';. Don't take it as carry-on bag. Or you can buy a new one when your in UK.
